Jackie Begue is a creative based in Louisiana, working at the intersection of color, storytelling, and presence.
Through Jackie Begue Art and her studio, Color Rise Designs, she shares layered works in oil, acrylic, and mixed media — visual stories that weave memory, light, and color into moments of reflection and renewal.
Brushstrokes bloomed in Atlanta, where, in the embrace of mid-life and guided by local masters, Jackie embarked on a vibrant journey into painting. Since then, she has completed master classes around the country, including The Creative Visionary Program. Her cold wax, oil, acrylic, and mixed media creations are colorful expressions of wonder and energy.
This year has been full of new beginnings — Jackie opened her studio, Color Rise Designs, launched a new website, and expanded her offerings to include original art prints, the Art of Abundance product line, and other creative gifts that carry meaning and joy.
In collaboration with Peggy Sweeney-McDonald, they have published two Pink Cloud Moments journals that continue to grow — with events, signings, and new products now available on Etsy.
Whether Jackie is painting, designing, or hosting creative retreats, her work always circles back to the same intention: to help others reconnect with beauty, gratitude, and creative renewal.
